Anyone coming to Provo anytime soon? You should go get a super sweet tour from tour guide Dane! He can be seen on campus driving this stylish golf cart Monday through Friday.

I am sure that everyone has heard that Dane got a new job at BYU almost two moths ago. He works for the Public Affairs office in the new Gordon B. Hinckley Visitors Center on campus. He does a lot of different things, but during busy times he does a lot of campus tours.
BYU graduation was this week, and the Smith Family gathered in Provo to celebrate. Scott, Abbie, and Dale graduated! Congratulations.
Dane took us all on a tour of campus yesterday, and I was so impressed to hear how much he knew about all the buildings and departments on campus. Like for example, the GBH visitors center was dedicated last summer on Pres Hinckley's birthday, and the ground was broken exactly one year before that (on Pres Hinckley's b-day). The clock tower is 97' high, for how old he was when it was dedicated. Cool huh?
After the tour, I seriously felt proud to be a cougar! I really love this school and am so glad to be here. I can't believe that I am almost done. I am graduating in December, and realized yesterday that I can walk in August if I want to. Crazy.
Anyway, it has been really fun to have everyone so close for this school year. We will definitely miss Dale, Abbie, Scott, and Ella!

Great post Bridget. I'm sure Dane knows that if I find myself in the Provo area anytime soon, I will want to take one of those super duper tours with him as my tour guide.
You look great in blue Dane.
Boy, if I don't have the best looking relatives...

I'm so glad you posted Bridget. It was such a fun time and I too was proud of Dane even with it being my second tour with him. He is quite the guy and he has such a sweetheart for a wife. Fun times ahead and I'm glad you'll be able to enjoy a little more time with Scott, Abbie and little Ella. Hope she continues to enjoy her jogs with you and Abbie.
Dane, that's great. Tours seem right up your alley.
One request--every tour, just take a little jaunt down to Stover hall in your wheelie cart and point out where "the legend began". It would be totally worth it.
I went on the tour twice and would go again! I appreciate BYU so much more now! Too bad I didn't take it while I was actually still a student...anyhow. Love you, Neen! This tour stuff was made for you!
