Dinner with the boys

So Dale comes over usually three days a week for dinner with me and Scott. He pays us which is nice and in return he gets a nice meal. Tonight I decided to make something I had never tried. The recipe is my friend Lori's and she said it's her husband's favorite meal. I tried a new roll recipe that has rosemary in it and they turned out delicious. The meal is called cream cheese chicken. You put chicken, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, a package of Italian dressing (the kind you make yourself), and a little bit of water in a crock pot and let it cook. The rolls were really simple because I made them and let them raise before I went class and then put the dough in the fridge. We ate the chicken (and leftover cream sauce) atop a bead of broccoli. I really don't think the picture does it justice but Scott even commented on how good it was which doesn't often occur... not because he doesn't compliment me... he does, but just because we usually eat the same thing all the time.
